Terms of Service

1. The service

Adorée is a private matchmaking club connecting Ukrainian women established in Europe with European men seeking a serious relationship. Profiles are never public. Each profile is reviewed by hand before any introduction is made. Adorée is an introduction service: it does not guarantee any match, response, meeting or relationship.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Membership is personal. We may decline or close any application or account at our discretion, in particular where conduct is disrespectful or where information provided is false.

3. Membership and pricing

Adorée is free for women, always. They are never asked to pay — not now, not later.

Adorée is a members' club. For men, applying is free and requires no card. Once the profile is approved, a non-member receives a preview: one single introduction, in the clear (photo, first name, compatibility report), offered once and for all. The preview does not allow you to write or read a message, and the woman introduced does not see a non-member. Receiving further introductions, writing, being visible to women members and receiving their messages require a membership. Two plans exist:

Premium — €49 per month. Opens every conversation at no extra cost, lets you write first, and allows four conversations open at the same time.

Elite — €99 per month. The same rights, ten conversations open at the same time, and personal support.

Launch offer — for any Premium or Elite membership taken out up to and including 15 October 2026, the second monthly payment is free: the first month is billed at the plan's price, the second instalment is reduced to €0, and the following ones are billed at the normal price. The offer applies once per member and cannot be combined with any other discount, including a referral code.

Unlocking a single conversation (€19, one-off payment) is no longer offered for sale since 5 September 2026. Conversations opened that way before that date remain accessible with no time limit. Adorée may, at its sole discretion, open a conversation free of charge to a non-member; such a gesture creates no entitlement to further ones.

The Essential plan at €29 per month is no longer offered. Members who were subscribed to it keep their €29 rate and the benefits granted to them, for as long as their subscription remains active and uninterrupted; cancelling is final and does not allow a return to that plan.

Founder pricing is locked for the entire lifetime of the subscription: a later increase in our prices does not apply to a running subscription. The number of founding places is limited.

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes. The amount displayed is the amount charged.

4. Billing, renewal and cancellation

Premium and Elite subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; Adorée does not store card details.

You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting hello@clubadoree.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues until then. Except where the law provides otherwise, paid periods already started are not refunded on a pro-rata basis.

The number of simultaneously open conversations is a cap on opening new ones, not a time limit: a conversation already open stays open. A conversation opened through a single unlock purchased before 5 September 2026 remains accessible with no time limit, including after a subscription is cancelled, and does not occupy any of those places.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

For a Premium or Elite subscription: by subscribing you expressly request that the service begin during that period. You acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed, and is reduced proportionally to the service already provided.

As single-conversation unlocks are no longer offered, the waiver of the right of withdrawal attached to them (immediate and full performance as soon as the conversation opens, accepted on the payment screen) only concerns unlocks purchased before 5 September 2026.

6. Member conduct

You agree to provide accurate information, to treat other members with respect, and not to use Adorée for any unlawful, commercial or harassing purpose. Photographs and voice recordings must be your own. First messages, and messages containing contact details, are reviewed before delivery. We may suspend or remove any account that breaches these rules.

7. Liability

Adorée provides an introduction service with reasonable care but makes no guarantee as to outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid over the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Personal data

Your data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy (/privacy). You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time via the link in our emails, without affecting service notifications.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, please first contact us at hello@clubadoree.com so we can seek an amicable solution. As a consumer, you may also turn to a consumer mediator free of charge; contact us to obtain the details of the competent mediator, or use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Failing amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those designated by applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app before they take effect.
