Adorée did not begin as a matchmaking service. It began as a response to one of the largest humanitarian crises in Europe's modern history.

The beginning · 2022

First, a roof.
Then, a job.
Then, a life.

When war reached Ukraine in February 2022, millions of women and children fled westward with days' worth of belongings and no plan. Arnaud founded eu4ua.org to respond.

The mission was simple in principle, enormous in practice: find housing for families with nowhere to go. Thousands of families were housed across France, Belgium, Germany, and beyond.

But housing was only the first step. As women settled, a new need emerged — work, dignity, independence. eu4ua evolved into an employment platform, connecting Ukrainian women with European employers.

They had rebuilt their lives.
But not yet found their person.

After four years of working alongside Ukrainian women in Europe, a pattern became impossible to ignore. These women had shown extraordinary courage — they had crossed borders alone, built new careers, raised children in foreign countries. Yet something essential remained missing.

Our survey of 215 Ukrainian women in Europe revealed something profound: they are not looking for casual encounters. They seek depth, loyalty, and a shared life project. They have survived too much to settle for less.

Ukrainian women listen carefully, remember details, and show care in a thousand small gestures. They are profoundly oriented toward the people they love.

Ukraine has one of the highest rates of university education in the world. These are women who think, debate, grow — and want a partner who does the same.

Warm but not naive

They are emotionally generous, but they have learned to read people. They will not be easily charmed by performance — they recognise authenticity.

Adorée is the third chapter of eu4ua's mission. After housing, after employment — now love. Because a life rebuilt is only truly complete when you have someone to build it with.

This service exists for you, Ukrainian women. Not as a product designed to monetise loneliness — but as a carefully curated space where serious women meet serious men, with dignity, privacy, and care.

A word from the founder

"I watched thousands of Ukrainian women arrive in Europe with nothing but courage. I watched them find housing. Find work. Find friends. And then I watched many of them grow quietly lonelier as the months and years passed.

They were not looking for a date. They were looking for a partner — someone to come home to, to build with, to be seen by. And the tools that existed were not built for them.

Adorée is my answer to that. Making beautiful people meet, and allowing stable, lasting love stories to emerge — that is what this is for."
