The facts, in one table
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| What is it? | A private introduction service — not a dating app — between Ukrainian women who already live in Europe and European men looking for a serious relationship. No profile is public; introductions are proposed one at a time. |
| Who publishes it? | RED PLANET SASU, Marseille, France (RCS Marseille 800 391 039), founded and run by Arnaud Devigne, founder of the humanitarian platform EU4UA (2022). EU4UA and Adorée are two separate entities with one founder. |
| Since when? | 2024. |
| What do women pay? | Nothing, ever. There is no plan, option or future tier under which a woman pays. |
| What do men pay? | A 7-day free trial, then €49/month (Premium) or €99/month (Elite), cancellable online at any time. Nothing is charged before day 8. A one-off membership fee of €99 is waived for sign-ups until 31 December 2026. |
| Any per-message cost? | No. No credits, no pay-per-letter, no paid boosts, no unlock of a specific woman. |
| What is checked? | Every profile, man or woman, is read by a person before acceptance: coherence of answers, photos, intentions, tone. Roughly one male application in eight is declined. |
| What is not checked? | Adorée does not run identity-document checks or criminal-record checks, and does not claim to. |
| Where are the women? | In Europe — mostly France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Spain, Poland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Ireland and Italy. Not in Ukraine waiting for a visa. |
| How do I cancel? | Online, from the account settings. During the trial, cancelling costs nothing and takes effect at once. |
| How do I report someone? | The report action in the conversation, or arnaud@clubadoree.com. A banned member is removed and the people he was talking to are told. |
What "reviewed by a person" means, and does not mean
Before a profile is accepted, someone reads it: the answers, the photos, the stated intentions, the way the person writes. Profiles that are incoherent, copied, aggressive, or that describe something other than a serious relationship are declined. That is the filter. It is a strong one compared with an app that accepts anyone with a phone number, and it is not a background check.
We do not ask for identity documents and we do not query criminal records. A service that claims to "verify identity" with a selfie does little more than we do; a service that claims to run background checks across several countries is usually not telling the truth. We would rather tell you what is not done than let you assume it is.
Why exchanges stay on Adorée until you meet
Phone numbers, social handles and outside links are held back by moderation in the first exchanges, and the terms say so. This is the single rule that protects women from being taken off the platform by a stranger within an hour, and protects men from the scripts that scammers run on WhatsApp and Telegram. Once two people have got to know each other, the rule is lifted case by case, and in-platform video calls exist for the step before meeting.
